We find the following WARNING in the KEYCLOAK logs

And and error the browser console:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://sso2.medicalpayreview.com/auth/realms/master/protocol/openid-connect/token. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://portal.app.company.local.medicalpayreview.com' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 400.
