Yes, assuming you mean 2nd factor authentication. We have support for FreeOTP or Google Authenticator. Custom 2nd factor authentication can be added through the Authenticator SPI (http://keycloak.github.io/docs/userguide/keycloak-server/html/auth_spi.html).

We are planning to add support for more types in the future, but I can't give you any specific details on when that will be.
