You can take a look and possibly change the files:
$KEYCLOAK_HOME/themes/base/email/html/email-verification.ftl
$KEYCLOAK_HOME/themes/base/email/messages/messages_en.properties

For the timeout see "Login action timeout" in the tab "Tokens" in admin console.
