So i've just recently published a 0.1.0 version of a node.js admin REST client i've been working on

https://www.npmjs.com/package/keycloak-admin-client

currently it only has the CRUD endpoints for Realms and Users implemented, but i'm following the REST API docs to get more functionality in.
