ATM the examples assumes they are using the demo distro and so are deployed to the same server. That's obviously not great and something we want to improve.

For your own apps you have the choice of:
* Load keycloak.js directly from KC server (/auth/js/keycloak.js)
* Add to your app (copy from /auth/js/keycloak.js, use Bower or just download it from keycloak.org/downloads)
