Yes, it has correct secret.  Same example has run without any issue on 1.1 (keycloak-appliance-dist-all-1.1.0.Fina).
Since i moved to 1.5, only then seeing issue.
Is any additional setting/steps required for creation of client in 1.5 ?

Read the error message.  "invalid_client_credentials".  Does your
keycloak.json file have the correct client secret?
