There used to be one, we built from sources shortly after 1.0.Final was released, maybe we had some conflicting files, we didn't have the hidden input field on the account template. It's fixed now

Can you try with 1.0.2.Final and see if you have the same issue there? Also, please have a look at the html source and make sure the stateChecker hidden input field is there.
