[JBoss JIRA] (RTGOV-181) Associating separate Activity Units with SOA and BPM related events
by Gary Brown (JIRA)

Gary Brown commented on RTGOV-181:
----------------------------------
As part of this issue, maybe change Context.Type.Message enum to Context.Type.Exchange - so that rather than being SOA message send/receive specific, it could relate to any exchange of information between two activities - so would also be relevant to scheduling and executing a job.

> Due to the way activity collector implicitly associates activity events based on threads, the SOA related (interaction) events are stored on one activity unit, while the BPM (e.g. BPEL) related events generated by the process executing within the service, are stored in a separate activity unit(s).
> We need a way in which to associate these activity units, to reflect the relationship between the activities.
> One possible solution is to register an activity when a BPM related job is added to a job queue, and then similarly when it is retrieved. This may require a change to the riftsaw engine to generate this type of event.

[JBoss JIRA] (RTGOV-180) Service overview component ordering
by Gary Brown (JIRA)
Gary Brown created RTGOV-180:
--------------------------------
Summary: Service overview component ordering
Key: RTGOV-180
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RTGOV-180
Project: RTGov (Run Time Governance)
Issue Type: Enhancement
Reporter: Gary Brown
Assignee: Gary Brown
Fix For: 1.0.0.M5
The ordering of top level and child components appears random, so when refreshed it can generate a different order, and therefore even if the contents of the overview has not changed, the layout changes.
This is probably because the underlying information is built from iterating over maps - so just need to preserve the order in some way (probably alphabetically will be easiest).

Verified ok.
I changed this status to verified since this can be verified during productization phase.

> Description of problem:
> There are two guava.jar causing problem of deployment of gadget-server.war.
> Noticed that it is not always reproduce to every machine.
> Already discussed with Jeff, it happens to some machine , well, not happens to other, which seems to me it happens randomely.
> But I think the duplicate guava.jar can be fixed. I tested that guava-11.0.2.jar would cause the problem below. Hopefully we can remove it.
