[JBoss JIRA] (SRAMP-559) Support TomEE
by Brett Meyer (JIRA)
Brett Meyer reassigned SRAMP-559:
---------------------------------
Assignee: Brett Meyer (was: Eric Wittmann)
> Support TomEE
> -------------
>
> Key: SRAMP-559
> URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SRAMP-559
> Project: S-RAMP
> Issue Type: Feature Request
> Reporter: Brett Meyer
> Assignee: Brett Meyer
>
> Theoretically, the S-RAMP server war should be able to simply run as-is in TomEE (using all S-RAMP's Tomcat modules). But, s-ramp-ui-war-tomcat7 does not work since TomEE provides CDI on its own, conflicting with the Weld distro included in the war. Presumably we'll need a new TomEE-specific war project, installer target, etc.
> Eric, assigning to you initially (bowing to your Weld-fu), but feel free to re-assign and coach me through it if you're swamped.

[JBoss JIRA] (SRAMP-559) Support TomEE
by Brett Meyer (JIRA)
Brett Meyer commented on SRAMP-559:
-----------------------------------
After SRAMP-562, Weld is no longer in the picture. So, this should be easy...
Note that the Tomcat UI war now includes RESTEasy. That will need to be excluded.

[JBoss JIRA] (SRAMP-445) SSO not working on Tomcat

> The IDP isn't quite working as an SSO provider when running in Tomcat. The SP properly redirects to the IDP but the IDP is requiring the user to authenticate again, even though they already have. To reproduce:
> 1) run both s-ramp and dtgov on tomcat
> 2) open browser, navigate to s-ramp-ui
> 3) log in
> 4) click on Design Time Governance
> At this point you will have to authenticate again. This is wrong.
