The EPN should be scanned to see whether it mentions a service type, and if so, a
relationship should be established between the EPN artifact and the service(s).
It should be possible to construct queries, such as:
a) list all of the services that a runtime governed
b) list all of the runtime governance artifacts associated with a particular service
