Exchange Details in a CDM (WS-CDL) choreography description, can now specify that the
response is on a dynamic reply destination.

Current approach relies upon the ValidationAction being placed in the ESB configuration.
As part of moving the service validators from the pi4soa codebase to Overlord, a new
approach should be implemented that can be configured into the central
'validator-config.xml' (or choreography models directly), rather than expecting
the jboss-esb.xml to be modified.
