I think you're right -- it has improved to a certain extent. SRAMP-562 should help
even more. But after that, we should still probably evaluate what remains. There may be
more that we can clean up.

s-ramp-ui-war-fuse61 includes 100+ jars in /WEB-INF/lib, mostly due to Weld/CDI's
lack of OSGi support. Some/many of these could probably be removed, but it needs
evaluated.
