Have fixed the auditor, but the exchange details do not carry the correct information -
they are returning the message type as being for a normal response, so will need to create
a testcase/bug for switchyard.
Will leave this issue open for now, until the switchyard issue is fixed.

When the switchyard order mgmt example is used - if an unknown item is specified, this
causes a fault response from the inventory service. This is not being correctly
represented as an activity event.
