Steps to Reproduce: Expand the service overview and hover over a link or node to get
the tooltip showing with the metrics. When the refresh occurs with the tooltip showing,
then the UI becomes unresponsive.

By using the SOAP-UI to generate the testing data (not the activityclient), it looks like
the chrome will hang due to the serivce overview gadget.
