The version of this artifact is 0.4.1-SNAPSHOT. The name expected to be stored in s-ramp would be exactly the same format as maven is building the artifact name: artifactId-versionId-timestamp-classifier.type You can see the attached screenshot and verify that the SNAPSHOT keyword has been removed from the artifact name
