Description:	When accessing a SP using HTTP Redirect Binding for the first time, it is not restoring the original request that originated a AuthnRequest. For example, if you the ServiceURL is /sp and you hit for the first time /sp/savedRequest. The expected behavior is that the SP restores the /sp/savedRequest and redirect the user to this resource.
