Can you try installing the addon again ? For that, please execute the following command in Forge and try again.

addon-install-from-git --url https://github.com/picketlink/picketlink-forge-addon.git --coordinate org.picketlink.tools.forge:picketlink-forge-addon

I would ask you to also attach your project, so I can take a look and try to simulate the issue here.
