I tried to test Beta5 to see if PLINK-199 was still a problem, but hit an exception at an earlier point in the execution of my code. Commit 97ec3e88546b28917c7e758a6713882dc69340ff (after PLINK-104 was resolved) reversed the change that fixed IdentityTypeHandler.findByPartition().
