I think the issue is not related with caching stores or not, but when they're created and cached. Maybe we should consider initializing the stores during the initialization of the DefaultStoreFactory.

Also, I think we have the following related issues:

  • createIdentityStore method is never using the SecurityContext parameter.
  • IdentityStore.setup method only accepts a IdentityStoreConfiguration. I think we should also consider passing the SecurityContext.

Not sure if this is related with this issue, but why we need a IdentityStoreConfiguration.init method ?
