Now we have an opportunity for the user to confirm the account chosen once per session.

By default, we use the accountConfirm.html which looks like a mirror copy of accountChooser.html
except the page says: "Please confirm your domain"

When the user returns to the application every day (or a different session), he is shown the accountConfirm page.
