I share the same feeling about the "hosted" URI meaning, considering the docs.
Just wondering, maybe we can use the welcome-file configuration from the web.xml instead.
Today I had a discussion with Anil about that.
@Anil, what do you think about removing the hosted page stuff and use the welcome-file from the web.xml instead ? Is there some compatibility issue ?
