Description:	When configuring the IDP StrictPostBinding to false, the IDP hands when redirecting back to the SP using the HTTP-Redirect binding. This issue is not critical as the specs recommend to always use HTTP-POST binding when redirecting back to the SP. And this is the default behavior if the StrictPostBinding is not set.
