Hey Harald,

   I have reviewed the PicketLink Console and we now should be able to release a version in order to properly integrate with HAL.

   However, I had to change the subsystem in order to support some new features provided by the console. The changes to the subsystem are related with PLINK-563.

   I've also moved the picketlink-console repository to https://github.com/picketlink/picketlink-console. This repository is already updated with all changes we did in the past few days.
