Regarding * General Issues * .
# The field was already renamed to "Name". * (FIXED) *
# The "Name" select box lists the available deployments. You must select one in order to create both Identity Provider and Service Provider.
# I'm not sure if we can use an input box here. The idea is always reference on of the available deployments.
Regarding * Adding external IdP Issues * .
# I've fixed that. The "Url" field is now required when you check the "Is External" checkbox. * (FIXED) *
# I don't think we need to do that. In this case, we just don't care about the name. Only the url is important.
