As I said and considering your case and 2.5.0.Final, you don't need those entities anymore. But if you not provide your own entity model, you won't be able to store SalesAgent's specific properties.
If you just want to store a SalesAgent type and its properties are irrevelant, u can rollback all changes I did.
The picketlink-idm-simple-schema is just a example mapping using the JPA store annotations. It serves very well most use cases that require only the BasicModel. But if you need something beyond that, is better to provide your own entity model.
Regarding the docs, we're working to update them. The sections about the JPA store are very outdated. The best thing now is look at the simple schema or even the complex schema modules about how to map IDM entities.
