Folks,

in a recent discussion on Quarkus zulip, I've been asked about the resteasy-jaxb-provider dependency that we have in resteasy-validator-provider. I tried commenting that out and that caused no regressions in the testsuite.

Does anybody remember the reason for that dependency?
