TomEE upgrade in RichFaces repo

Hi, I'd like to upgrade TomEE 1.6 Arquillian profiles in RF repository with TomEE 1.7. I already have it on a feature branch [1]. Since it's not a primary target for us, IMHO it's safe to upgrade.
