I have created tests for a4j:push samples: JMS Push and Topics Context Push. I have added
them to the http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/qa/richfaces/rf4-showcase-tests/trunk/
I have postponed writing tests for sample CDI Push, since there is need for changing of
browser window during testing, which would be much more easier when tests will be
developed under Arquillian-Ajocado, where selenium.selectWindow(), should be implemented
correctly.

There are 3 new samples, all under Push group: Push JMS, Topics Context and Push CDI.
Currently demo is working without problems on Tomcat only, AS6 and AS7 has known bug
(RF-11064).
