I am reopening the issue cause I did not notice these before:
# class {{rf-ii-lbl}} is missing in component reference
# same apply for {{rf-ii-fld-cntr}}
# same for {{rf-ii-strut}}
# same for {{rf-ii-btn-cntr}}
# class {{rf-ii-edit}} is not defined in {{inplaceInput.ecss}} nor it is used when
{{inplaceInput}} is in editing state

For example in Component Reference, there is a class 'rf-ii-dis-s' marked as
class, which is used for disabled inplaceInput, but in fact a 'rf-ii-dis' is used
instead.

And I've also noticed that there is duplicated style 'rf-ii-none' in
inplaceInput.ecss. This redundancy should be removed.
