There are more issues like this where there is a problem testing
RichFaces applicaitons with HtmlUnit, but let's start with the a4j:queue problem.
Since the JSFUnit client just wraps HtmlUnit, we need someone to write
a few lines of HtmlUnit code without all the JSFUnit stuff that goes
with it. All it takes is a few HtmlUnit API calls:
WebClient webClient = new WebClient();
HtmlPage page =
webClient.getPage("http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfac...;
Then go from there clicking stuff on the page. The reason I need help
is with the analysis. I need someone who knows how the queues work
who can figure out why HtmlUnit tests fail.

Don't use JSFUnit. Just use any app with <a4j:queue> and test it with plain
HtmlUnit. The two lines of code I posted above will get you started. You can just run
against the live demo. All you need is plain JUnit and plain HtmlUnit.

Ok, I was able to reproduce the issue.
Two things found:
1) If I add page.getWebClient().waitForBackgroundJavaScript(30000); to the end of test,
issue is not reproducing anymore
2) Queue can combine requests together, so, in certain conditions, this is a normal
behavior to have two clicks & one request:
