I was going to say I use Mockito all the time for my rules tests and it works fine...

Stupid one,

i found the reason myself. The import was wrong. It has to be:

import de.lvm.verteilung.monitoring.VorverteilungServicesMonitoringMBean;

So the ClassCastException was absolutely right
