hehe, me and Tiho have had a chat and I was getting horribly mixed up. BPMN is in the land of jBPM.

Best ignore what I've said about the code not being maintained - but feel free to join Tiho and gang on #jbpm.

Guvnor stores the jBPM asset, and the problem will be to do with the object not being refreshed.

Why not consider becoming the maintainer of the BPMN2 stuff? :)
The integration of jBPM into Guvnor is heavily tied to development that is done within the jBPM project. I am really not sure what Michael means here by "becoming the maintainer of the BPMN2 stuff",  but of course anyone is more than welcome to contribute. Catch us on #jbpm and the jbpm mailing lists also if you wish to do that.
