No it didn't make it :( But we do have 'from' which allows you to reason over data not in the working memory, that will help with some use cases where people wanted backward chaining.

Will Backward Chaining support be added in 4.0? I have not seen any mention of it in the Roadmap or Release Notes. If not, any idea when it will be supported?
