It's not something I'm very familiar with, but I can see that there's an error relating to Servlet 2.3, whilst the Jar it's loading is version 3.0.

Not too sure what the resolution would be though. Perhaps Guvnor 5.5 doesn't work on Tomcat 6? Tomcat 7 was the version which introduced Servlet 3.0 support:
