3.0.5 is available on maven repository too,http://repository.jboss.com/maven2/org/drools/, 3.0.6 doesn't seem to be there for some reason - maybe we forgot to upload it.

Can someone please point me to an archive where this can be downloaded?
If OTOH someone has this on his local storage and will be willing to upload it - I can provide and ssh (scp) account.
