No, I was just lazy and didn't type the full JAR name!

As well as uploading "jboss-jms-api_1.1_spec-1.0.1.Final.jar" to the Workbench's Maven Repository you need to add "jboss-jms-api_1.1_spec-1.0.1.Final.jar" as a dependency to your project.

I copied and pasted this time :_)
