Guvnor uses JCR (Jackrabbit or Modeshape).<br><br>JCR can be configured to store it&#39;s binary data in a database.<br><br>The configuration you make to Guvnor to use a database configures JCR.<br><br>The resulting tables are of JCRs requirements and needs. As you have discovered JCR has no knowledge of &quot;rules&quot;.<br>
<br>You cannot therefore expect to find plain-text rules in a database table used by JCR.<br><br>Other people use the RSS feed and REST API to retrieve plain-text rules from Guvnor.<br><br>With kind regards,<br><br>Mike<br>
