We are using two repositories currently, one repo will be common for multiple
tenants as they have the base rules. Another repo will be having tenant
specific rules that are over and above base rules and use the exact models
from base rules.
Now if we do not keep the models in both the repositories then there are
compilation issues in both the repo. If we do keep them in both then there
will be an issue with duplicate model declaration when both repos are
imported into kbase.
