AFAIK it is not possible, although it will be very useful especially when you're writing a rule and trying to figure out why it isn't firing
Assuming a normal scenario, where a rule evaluates multiple variable and gets
fired, if the rule did not get fired then how will I know which variable did
not qualify or resulted in rejection of that rule and also what value of the
variable caused that? I need to error out the variable and the value that
resulted in not firing a rule.
