Thanks for answer, I think this will do with the BRMS. Otherwis I think we could use DSL to write this kind of stuff.

   Seriously speaking now, RuleModel is used by a rule modeler in the new BRMS stuff and is evolving... right now it supports only a subset of all DRL features. Also, they suffer from restrictions since they are GWT compiled into javascript.
   If you want to do anything you do in a DRL when generating your rules, you need to use the descriptor classes instead:

org.drools.lang.descr.*

I have been trying to do some rule generation using RuleModel class. The thing is I did not find out how to generate an eval condition. Maybe I am not using the proper class.
