Yes.. but I want to work for magic if I can but I don't want to send my resume and don't fulfill the first three items.. sound like ordered by importance..

As a point of interest, I checked and the first three requirements are
set in concrete.  As are the other requirements.

This is much like companies who want a rulebase guru AND accredited
DBA AND Unix guru AND Web Applications guru AND ...  Well, then list
just goes on and on.  This is the list of items given to HR as
"probably has" and gets interpreted as "must have" qualities and skills.

On the other hand, considering all of the programmers in the world
today, and using set theory, the probability of finding a match is
pretty good.  BUT, would that person want to work for Magic?  The 3rd
one is the catch:  Pro Tour player or Magic Judge.  Now, would this
person put their tour on hold to go work on rules for Magic?  This
means that they probably would not be qualified to play any more since
they are now part of the "inner circle" of Magic.
