BTW, I forgot to mention.<br><br>I suspect the book is copyrighted and I therefore the PDF is an eBook. It shouldn&#39;t really be shared, as it&#39;s probably licensed to someone.<br><br>As Mark said, there isn&#39;t a newer version available.<br>
