If you're using 6.0.1.Final WARs then you should not need to clear anything else (although there have been occasions when clearing the browser cache has been required - but since DSL expansion is server side this should not be necessary).

I set this up on another machine and it works.
Something on my machine must be corrupted.
What would you recommend I delete? .niogit?
(My .war is already all new)
