Yes, &quot;Add row&quot; appends a row. If you want to insert a row elsewhere use the green &quot;+&quot; icons beside each row.<br><br>Whereas XLS Decision Tables are split into two sub-tables the web-guided one does not need the extra information.<br>

Please have a look at the screenshot. I think after clicking Add row it is<br>
just appending a row to the decision table. Still the same error is<br>
coming...but in the excel sheet that i had created , RuleTable and RuleSet<br>
were on the top and share different area in the sheet.....I dont know where<br>
to add this in Decision table....<br>
