Thanks Mark. It does execute fine, aalthough an inconvenience. I ended up having a separate java class for storing static functions.

 

Ekke : renaming function to be different from package name didn’t help…

There is a known bug in the Eclipse frameowork that when jdk14 is used we cannot override the JDT Core compiler to allow static imports, thus it shows this error, however it executes fine.
