I thought so but when I upload the .xls to Guvnor and view the source I do not see it.  I have it like this in my spreadsheet:



Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yes it is via the AGENDA-GROUP and RULEFLOW-GROUP keywords. The keyword must appear at the top of a column, then which group to place a rule in per row.
