Sorry, when i said that it won't work I meant they won't be Guvnor artifacts which means you can't update them via the "normal" model update process.

Initially, i was missing some ftp adopter jar and common logging jar that
were dependencies to my upload model jar....i have added them to the guvnor
/ lib directory that was deployed in tomcat and guvnor seems to be picking
them.....looks like some one really did a good job on the class loader
policy!
