We aren't doing a full release of 5.0.0, that was branched for the Drools Product. We'll publish 5.0.1 as the community release.
Just waiting on MVEL 2.0.9 to be released, hoping mike brock will do that tomorrow. Once MVEL has a release we can release drools 5.0, as it's ready.
