A null value on the field is supposed to evaluate to true only when comparing with null. Otherwise, it should always evaluates to false.

Hello,
I'm checking for condition ' field not matches ".*ABC.*" ` in my rule.
when field value is null, rule does not fire. But if field value != null and
!= ABC, then rule fires.
Is this expected output or bug? Please clarify.

Thanks
