for what I understand, RuleML standard is not good enough yet to be supported. I think that drools support the JSR94 standard but it's too limited that doesn't make sense using it. You will left out too many important and good things inside the platform.

Yes I have briefly look at it, we are trying to create something
simpler for you marketing team, simple drag and drop UI. The other
requirement is to create rules in a single interface rather than use
guvnor and RTS. I came across RuleML but doesn't look like it is
supported by both jrules and drools.
